Heineken is providing candidates with a Fixed Term learnership programme for anyone keen on developing their work related abilities in the Packaging field. The Heineken Packaging Learnership is designed to provide valuable hands-on experience to students who have completed their Grade 12 or relevant N qualification and are looking to gain practical experience in an FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) work environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle packing and unpacking tasks
• Perform labelling tasks
• Conduct first-line maintenance
• Apply problem-solving techniques to resolve issues
• Follow health and safety regulations
• Ensure quality control in all the processes mentioned above
• Manage assets effectively

Qualifications

• Matric/Grade 12 or relevant N qualifications with Pure Mathematics and English
• tertiary qualification in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
